Chiffon
Chiffon is a very lightweight fabric with a delicate matt surface structure. This flat weave fabric is ideal for scarves and apparel, and has a lightweight drape that allows it to flow effortlessly.
Its smooth, see-through surface lends very well to our digital printing techniques, and our high bright optical white fabric base means that bright, vivid and strong colours are easily achievable. The chiffon also has the unique appeal of giving an almost double-sided print.
This fabric is ideal for use in blouses, dresses and scarves, and is easy to cut and sew, allowing it to be easily manipulated into pattern pieces. Chiffon is most widely used as the base for our digitally printed scarves and is also ideal for sarongs and headscarves.
