Green Printing Technology
With Minimised Consumption of Water, Energy and Chemical Substances
As opposed to traditional printing methods, which use a bespoke printing plate for each print, digital textile printing involves fewer materials and generates minimal waste.
For organic cottons and conventional cotton fabrics, the colours are set using a high heat rather than water or chemical substances that cause run-off.
For poly fabrics, we use dye sublimation printing, which uses transfer paper and a calendering machine to apply the design.
Our digital textile printers use sustainable pigment inks to colour-match your designs. Our fabric bases are selected for their ability to absorb the pigment and produce a quality finish.

The digital fabric printing process begins when you get in contact with us. We’ll discuss which material you’d like to select as well as any personalisation – such as labels – you’d like added.

Delivery
Once your minimum order has been printed, your bespoke product will be packaged and dispatched using a tracked delivery service.

Dispatch can be guaranteed within 15 working days, but season and order quantity may affect this timeframe.
