Printed Exhibition Tablecloths – Why Bother?
Printed tablecloths are often an overlooked form of marketing. A basic item that almost every event needs, tablecloths are there in the background going to waste.

Special Features
Size – Our printed event tablecloths can be made to suit your specific requirements. If you have a table that is larger than average, not to worry, we can stitch the tablecloth in segments. Contact us to discuss bespoke sizes.
Material – The usual fabric is Half Panama, but 190g satin is also available. If you want to see the material before you order, please request a free sample swatch. The material is colourfast, able to be washed and ironed.
Design – Base white fabrics are best to bring out every design to its full potential, but we do have coloured cloth to match your brand or product. Our digital printing process allows an endless range of designs to be printed.
Features – For a neat finish, the hem of all our tablecloths has a four needle overlock.
Delivery – After the design has been settled upon, you can expect us to dispatch your tablecloths within 15 working days. This is subject to order size and time of year, but a Fast Track option is available.
Tablecloth Printing Process
The first step in the process is for you to get in touch with us. We can talk through what you’d like on your tablecloth and what your preferences are.
Then we can get a quote for you and send you a design proof for you to approve.
If you are happy with both of these, we can begin printing. We use a full colour digital printing process to reproduce graphics or photographs in high resolution.
Once manufactured, your tablecloth will be inspected before being wrapped and sent off, tracked to your door.
