Custom cushion covers manufactured by Citrus Rain are produced via just in time production methodoligy allowing retailer buying departments much better control of stock, reacting and adjusting SKU replenishment in line with consumer demand. Even introducing new lines to support popular SKU’s mid season. Once designs have been sampled and signed off buyers can adjust the ratio between designs within the MOQ to better reflect demand ensuring they always have enough of what’s selling and not too much of the lines that are not.
All the textile options available are particularly suited to cushions, cellulosic options through to synthetic each offering different attributes desirable within a cushion cover. Commission print options are also available of customers own fabric subject to initial fabric testing and minimum volume requirements being satisfied, cut and sewing into the final cushion cover is also possible after printing.
As standard the cushions are finished with a typical knife edge finish as depicted in the images on page, but piping is also an option should it be required.

The cushions are also available with a choice of two different finish options depending on your preferred choice: Envelope style rear fastening (made from complimentary plain coloured poly cotton fabric), Zip fastening.
Our cushions are provided as covers only. Filler pads can be supplied at additional cost on request.
Dispatch is within 15 – 20 working days of artwork approval, although exact dates are confirmed at the time of order as manufacturing times can vary with seasonal fluctuations.
